Leadership Workshops are held bi-monthly. These events address the ACTS retreat weekend experience, focusing on the importance of spiritual conversion and maintaining the integrity of this inspired and powerful ministry. The workshop examines all components of the retreat and serves to clarify their presentation and purpose. The workshop is offered to directors, past, present & future, as well as Core members and retreat ministry leaders. The only prerequisite is having served on at least one team. Talleres de Liderazgo incluyen informes sobre la experencia del retiro, particularment la conversión espiritual del participante y la importancia de mantener la integridad de este ministerio poderoso. El enfoque del taller es clarificación de la presentación y propósito del retiro. El taller es para directores, personas que quisieran ser directores, miembros de mesas directivas y para líderes de ministerios y servicios en retiros.
